Nutrition Tip
Nutrition should be taken very seriously and it is a huge component to exercise performance. I know from experience what high intense training can do to a persons body. If your body is not getting the right nutrients it needs then training will become more difficult and you will eventually plateau or breakdown.

In today's society we are bombarded every day with different types of nutrition advice. Vitamin B supplements can help your liver function and this will help your thyroid. Therefore, if there is one supplement you should include in your diet everyday I would say it should be vitamin B complex. The list of the positive effects is endless. To give you some examples. (a) vitamin B plays a key role in the metabolic cycle for generating energy, (b) it aids in digestion of carbohydrates, (c) it is essential for the normal functioning of the nervous system, muscles and heart, (d) it stabilizes the appetite, and (e) promotes growth and good muscle tone. Those are just several outstanding benefits B vitamin's have on lifes functions. I have noticed a real difference with my energy levels after including this in my diet after several weeks.

Are you getting enough vitamin B? Many people are not. Writing in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, Huang, Chen, Evans, Mitchell, and D Shultz (1998;67:208–20) concluded that "the current vitamin B-6 recommended dietary allowance of 1.6 mg/d based on 0.016 mg/g protein is not an adequate intake and may require reevaluation." Therefore, vitamin B supplements may be a valuable addition to your nutritional program.

Good luck with your training and eat healthy!
